RCD Receives RVBusiness Top 50 Dealer Award

Local Dealer RCD RV Supercenter Receives RVBusiness Magazine Top 50 Dealer Award

Pataskala, OH – Local business RCD RV was recently recognized as a 2024 RVBusiness Magazine Top 50 RV Dealers of North America before hundreds of colleagues, friends and family at a gala awards ceremony held in conjunction with the RV Dealers Association Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.

“For the 6th year in a row RCD RV has received this prestigious award and we are beyond grateful to be so highly thought of in the RV industry. We pride ourselves in going the extra mile in exemplifying best practices in areas such as customer care, staff training, marketing, and community service.” Now in its 13th year, RVB’s Top 50 program is designed to recognize the very best RV dealerships in the United States and Canada.

This season’s run began earlier this year when RV manufacturers nominated elite dealer partners for consideration, who were then invited to complete comprehensive application materials. An anonymous, independent panel of judges, all with decades of experience in the RV industry, then convened for two days of review and selection to arrive at the Top 50 and its special awardees.

The RVB Top 50 Awards event has become a centerpiece of the Convention/Expo, thanks to a flourishing partnership between RVB and RVDA as well as support from program sponsors Airxcel, Brown & Brown Dealer Services, Cummins, GE Appliances, Genesis Products, Northpoint Commercial Finance, NTP/STAG, Performance Brokerage Services, Protective Asset Protection, RV Trader and Wells Fargo.

RCD RV has been sharing the passion for RVs – both new and used – with Ohioans for several decades. Now with 5 locations including the addition of two stores in Northeast Ohio, we’ve consistently aimed to get each individual into an RV they absolutely love and help maintain their RVs through efficient high-quality service.

Program Administrator BJ Thompson explained that Top 50 designation has little to do with sales volume; judges evaluate dealers on sound business practices, marketing savvy, proactive employee development, community involvement and commitment to high-quality customer care.

“Throughout the RV industry’s evolution, the one constant is the need to take care of people – the RVers themselves, as well as their staff and their neighbors,” said Thompson. “Holding up these awardees as examples each year illustrates all the good things happening in our industry, and inspires others to do more of the same. Everyone wins.”
