Responsibilities: Repairing and restoring RV's; this includes collision repair, fiberglass repair, welding, paint application and more. Responsible for meeting the company standard of quality work. Have the ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

If you are a high energy, customer focused individual who has excellent listening and communication skills through email, phone, and text, this might be a great position for you. The focus of this position is to handle all incoming sales leads each day from various sources such as web leads, sales calls, manufacturer leads, text messages, previous customers, etc., and turn those leads into appointments at the dealership, all while building our customer database and maintaining a positive experience for each and every customer.

RV Orientation Specialists will be the product demonstration expert for the customer. Our specialists will host the customer during their pickup process and introduce them to their new unit which includes teaching and training the customer how to fully utilize all of the functions on their RV. Responsibilities would also include guiding the customer throughout our parts & accessories department to ensure a successful RV experience as well as introducing the customer to our Service Department for any of their future service needs. Previous customer service experience is encouraged as well as strong communication skills. Although not required, a good understanding of how RV systems operate is a plus. Positions available full and part time.

Our Parts and Accessories Specialists at RCD RV are responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction by taking care of all parts and accessory support needs. Our specialists are educated on the features and benefits of the products we sell and actively seek out ways to increase sales that will benefit our customers. RV experience is not required but automotive after-market retail sales or dealership experience is a plus. Within the parts department there are many specialized positions, which include:

• Parts & Accessories Counter Sales
• Shipping & Receiving
• Parts Research& Ordering

Here at RCD RV, we take pride in providing clean, quality products to our customers. The main duties of our detail and cleanup crews are to ensure all new and used RV’s are cleaned and sale ready per our company standard while also maintaining the professional appearance of our facilities. Some of the duties would include washing and detailing the interior and exterior of new and used units as they arrive, as well as sold units before customers take delivery. Additional responsibilities include daily housekeeping of the facility and maintaining the cleanliness of the display units.

RV Sales Professionals at RCD RV play an intricate role in the success of the dealership. The function of the sales position is to create and maintain professional relationships with our customers and provide them with an exceptional buying experience. You will be required to develop and maintain a high level of product, market, and industry knowledge as well as meet the set forth sales goals for each year. We provide continual training on product knowledge and our company sales process. We are always seeking individuals with a highly competitive sales personality, motivation and a drive to succeed!

Our Service Department is the main point of contact to effectively handle service customers with all of their repair, maintenance and support needs. From the initial phone call until the RV repairs are completed, our Service Department is here to ensure a timely and accurate repair so our customers can quickly get their RV back on the road for enjoyment. There are many different functions within the Service Department to ensure superior customer satisfaction, which include:

• Service Advisor
• Warranty Administrator
• Service Scheduler

The shop dispatcher is the main point of contact between our service advisors and our technicians. The communication between the two play an intricate role in completing a successful repair order. This position is in charge of dispatching and overseeing all active repairs being performed as well as the quality control check before the unit leaves our shop. A successful shop dispatcher with excellent organizational and communication skills plays a major role in the efficiency, productivity and overall customer satisfaction of our service departments.
